I really appreciate Webboard’s simplicity and lightweight nature. However, I’d like to offer a key suggestion: could it be designed as a tool that stays on the desktop—perhaps as a small, "always-on-top" window, or even integrated directly into the desktop background or as a widget?

Right now, every time I want to jot something down, I have to switch to a specific browser tab. That extra step disrupts my workflow, so I often find myself instinctively reverting to Notion or simply messaging a secondary social media account to save notes. For a tool like this, unless it offers that "always visible at a glance and ready to write" presence, it’s hard for me to build a genuine habit or reliance on it, which limits its indispensability.

If Webboard could function like a lightweight whiteboard permanently pinned to the desktop, I would gladly make it my go-to tool for quick notes; I also believe this kind of experience would significantly boost user engagement. Have you considered solutions like PWA or Electron, or perhaps a simpler "always-on-top" window mode?
